After making almond milk and having some remaking in the fridge, my daughter and I decided to blend the rest in a smoothie with strawberries, 2-3 tbsp’s of chia seeds and one avocado.

Getting the quantities right in this smoothie determines how thick it turns out….so please add more milk if your end result is too thick for you.
