I was especially excited about meeting Roya at Cafe Roya, in Beeston for this post, after experiencing  the Vegan and Vegetarian delights on many occasions with friends and my hubby.

Roya, is an astonishingly, hard working young woman, only 30, yet her career path has taken her to and from many establishments. Starting out waitressing at the age of 16, Roya explains to me that despite being advised against going to catering college, with being a vegetarian, her love for the industry wouldn’t stop her.  Although temporarily shelving the idea of catering college, with the decision to go to University to study communications, Roya’s determination and love for the industry bloomed after Roya’s entrepreneurial and out of the box thinking created an opportunity that would involve her working for a woman in leeds (  ) whom started the first restaurant in Leeds that gave refuge centre asian women jobs. With these many experiences from this as well as Bella and independent gave her the pure gut and determination to drive forward.

For Roya, her next adventures led her to building clientele whist taking over Flying Goose Cafe in Beeston most evenings, which then led to setting up Cafe Roya. Cafe Roya, is a…..
