After the gym today I decided to combine a few ingredients to make my Co Co raspberry refreshing drink! As a drink goes, your probably looking at 12g of sugar and although this doesn’t appear a lot to some, alongside an already high sugar diet, is not something I would do! But as I eat little sugar and try and be mindful and check sugary ingredients in our food I believe as a treat occasionally adding in coconut water is fine and I really fancied making my own flavoured coconut water….it was very yummy! This was a refreshing drink and my kiddies loved it too!
