I have made a gorgeous spring salad…salad leaves soaked in apple cider vinegar with spring onion…topped with butter beans/cannelloni beans/chick peas, chopped carrots and pomegranate seeds for the lovely crunch and of course not forgetting hemp seeds & pistachio nuts, which I This salad is crunchy, sweet and nutty…combined with hummus it’s light & satisfying! I’m washing my salad down with a carrot/celery/cucumber/apple/orange & turmeric juice! Full of nutrition my lunch makes me feel good! 💗🌾
